Woodwinds of the World
Created in collaboration with multi-instrumentalist Max Gittings for Black Octopus Sound, *Woodwinds of the World* is an extensive collection of live woodwind performances from across the globe.
The pack contains 1,628 royalty-free, tempo and key-labelled loops in high-quality 24-bit WAV format. Its 16 instruments include wood and bamboo flutes, dizi, bawu, caval, xun, fujara, overtone flutes, tin whistles and deep bass whistles. The performances range from expressive melodies and organic rhythmic phrases to ornaments, overblows and scale runs, capturing the breath, movement and character of the original instruments.
Spanning more than 3.8 GB, the collection was created for composers, producers and sound designers working across film and television, world fusion, ambient music and contemporary electronic production.
